Talking Finally!!!!!
I have been stuck for quite a few months at 220/218. Finally the weight is going down again. I weighed this morning at 216. I am so thrilled that I am consciously focusing on what I put in my body and it is starting to pay off.

I might actually be able to keep this up for the next year and make it to my goal. My biggest goal is not 140 it is not quitting.
