  • Stop starting over, if you over-eat you keep going- no one is perfect all the time!

I'm good 99% of the time, but this weekend I allowed myself to have half a scoop of dark chocolate ice cream from coldstone- I ENJOYED it immensely.

And honestly, I don't tell people at work I'm trying to lose weight, if they notice I tell them I'm working on it. I feel like the more people I tell the worse I do lol. This place doesn't count since we are all in the same boat

I kept starting over till finally one day I was like no more starting over- I don't have to be perfect, like many have said here it's about progress, NOT perfection

I did it slowly also, first eliminated certain foods, then stopped buying them, then looked into my diet and saw where I could cut things and change them. I stopped eating out so much and I cook a lot more- now I have been good about adding more fiber to my diet and working out more, and so on

Keep it up and remember you are human! You won't be perfect all the time!
  • Falling off the wagon makes me feel like completely giving up...BUT I know I cant let one day, or one setback ruin everything...like today...I had a scoop of ice cream with my kid and boyfriend...and didnt exercise. But I have NO EXCUSE to not exercise tomorrow...so I guess I will have to double up!!
WE CANNOT GIVE UP!! the first step is to have even started in the first place.
    HAVE A GOOD MONDAY ALL!!!
  • That is definetly true for me too beerab. When I tell people im dieting I tend to do really bad.
