I started working with a personal trainer about a month ago, and really started focusing on getting my health in order. One method of support that I've found has helped me a LOT is my blog (
www.lifesanetude.wordpress.com). My friends are great, but when I'm hanging out with them, I want to talk about more than just my weight, y'know?
