Good for you! You will perk up- stick with it. I know it's a hard habit to break, but you can do it!!

That's great. Keep it up. I haven't had soda in years. I like ice tea. It's a good substitute, especially herbal tea. You can make sun tea in a jar outside and refrigerate it. I like it sugarless--

I use to drink a 12 pack of canned soda a day. For the past 6 months, I have had 2 diet cokes a week and now I have cut it to one 20oz a week.

You can do it

Good job! What I did to stop was imagine what I could EAT with those calories.

Yes, I'm sure it's very hard - now. But I betcha in a very short time, it won't be anymore. You won't miss it at all and you'll wonder how in the world you used to drink that stuff and why in the world you didn't rid yourself of it sooner.

Hang tough. Be firm. This IS a beatable habit. And when you do beat it (and you will) you will be over the top ecstatic.

Keep up the good work. Just keep on going. You CAN do this. In fact, you ARE doing this!

Will you drink diet soda? If so, diet Mountain Dew and diet Sunkist are delicious. So is diet Snapple, Crystal Lite, and the no-calorie Sobe waters (check the label--some of them have calories). I think it's Boylans (comes in an old-fashioned glass bottle) that has a great diet Cream Soda, and diet Orange Cream soda too.

Hey,

Hang in there, I know it's hard giving up soda. But believe me you will feel so much better and you will be glad that you did. It really helped me with my weight loss and I just feel cleaner without it, if that makes any sense. Don't give up you can do it.
