It's good to have an event as a goal. Sometimes though, it terrifies me. Right now I have an dear old guy friend (who used to think I was really hot) coming to visit on September 18. It's been ten years and almost 20 pounds since I've seen him.
I've been on plan for a couple of days and have lost the first five "water" pounds. Wonder how much more I can peel off in two weeks, just to look a little closer to my old self?
