Man, I had to buy a scale in Feb in order to get a starting weight. I didn't even own one and I moved out of my mom's house 5 YEARS ago!

Luckily, I don't think I'm scale obsessed, I do weigh everyday but I feel like it keeps me on track. I've read so much about fluctuations in weight, I don't sweat it anymore, as long as the scale moves steadily down I am happy. If the scale does not move I ask myself if I've been staying on plan...if I have great! no big deal. If I have not, I know I need to get back on track.
