Changes are good for me!!
Since January, I have made 3 major changes in my life to increase my health
- going gluten-free - I was diagnosed celiac and found I had much more energy eating gluten-free. - going sugar-free - I am also diabetic and stopped eating sweets and added sugars and I now have even more energy. I still eat fruit, I don't consider than a harmful sugar. - going to the gym - Guess what??? Even MORE energy. I used to have a pity party when I had to go to the gym. Now I just tell myself I gotta "take care of business". My health is my business. I've lost 6 pounds in the last month. I view that as a bonus of these changes and as proof that these changes are good for my health. |
Well good for you! If those changes aren't a big giant leap in the right direction, I don't know what is.
And the best part of it, is of course, you are reaping the wonderful benefits from it. And I simply adore your signature, it's "it" in a nutshell. :) |
