OK, I just finished the fitness assessment for my 10-week Biggest Loser program at my gym. Some people asked for me to post an update & final results. So, here you go!
Weight lost: 21 lbs
Body fat lost: 5.75%
Inches lost: 19 inches
-Chest: 4 inches
-Waist: 3.5 inches
-Hips: 4.5 inches
-Thighs: 2.5 inches
I weigh 5 pounds less than when I got pregnant with my first child and exactly the same weight as on my wedding day.
I ate about 1200-1400 calories a day with 3 hrs of cardio a week and 2 hrs of strength training. Hopefully, I'll be able to drop another 10 pounds which will put me at a healthy BMI. I have a meniscus tear that is making it near impossible to do any cardio right now, so I'm only doing weight training and swimming...
Thanks for letting me brag! I just ate a sugar-free rice pudding snack that is *not* on my eating plan, but I felt like I deserved a tiny little 80-calorie reward...
