I had 13 stalks, which according to the bag, is right around 25 calories. I chose asparagus, cooked from frozen, no fat added on FitDay. Imagine my utter horror when FitDay pops up with over 100 calories.
So I thought to myself, that can't be right, and checked a few other websites for the calorie count of said asparagus. Every site I went to had a different count, although FitDay's was by far the highest.
So that leads me to wonder how I can trust what it tells me. Do you take the bag or boxes totals, do you rely on what FitDay has stored? While 75 calories in this case isn't going to make or break the day, incorrect counts on many things could make a big difference.
Anyone ever noticed this? Who do I trust?
