I love fitday! If you have the bag of asparagus handy you might as well type it into fitday, especially if you use the same brand all the time. If there is anything that I plan on eating on a regular basis I like to have the exact nutrition information from off the package. If I can't find something or don't have the calories from an item I go to The Daily Plate or Calorie King to compare. I'm a bit of a perfectionist about it...but I like seeing that it has EXACTLY what I've put into my mouth.
