I didn't snack the night away yesterday. One 100-cal bag of popcorn...and that's /all/ :D Usually it's popcorn, jelly beans, a spoonful of ice cream, half a cookie....

I didn't eat after 7 pm last night..... ok, so maybe I *had* to because I have some blood tests today, but still! I was hungry!

Instead, I went to the gym. :D

I cooked two servings of dinner last night instead of one, bagged it, and remembered to bring it to work today so I can have a nice, tasty lunch instead of ANOTHER can of tuna. Woo-hoo!

i ignored the leftover pepperoni pizza making eyes at me when i opened the fridge this morning. hope my roommate has eaten it by the time i get home tonight. i wish he would quit ordering me pizzas. my willpower simply isn't that strong, unfortunately.

I didn't forget to prepack my breakfast (whole wheat english muffin, laughing cow and turkey) and regretfully buy a sausage biscuit. I prepacked and enjoyed it!

I didn't have a donut from Tim Horton's this morning, even though I was RIGHT THERE in front of them, all shiny fresh-baked and smelling wonderful, while I got my son a sandwich for lunch. I had a tea instead. :cheer:

My landlady left a slice of pound cake on my step last night. This morning, I put it in my tote & took it to the office & gave it to one of the guys here who adores such stuff.

I didn't just sit and watch the biggest loser last night (:(while eating ice cream like I normally do)- I actually got up and worked out.:):):)

I didn't overeat at dinner last night either:)

I went to the university cafeteria for breakfast, which is usually bad because I load up on things and have too much because it's buffet-style, all you can eat; but I only got some scrambled eggs and some fruit with black coffee and didn't go back up for anything else (which I ALWAYS do. esp when they have the darned egg/cheese bagel sandwiches which are probably like 900 cal. each).

I got an iced coffee (nothing else of course!) today at McDonald's and ordered the caramel one not knowing it was full of sugar. I thought it was just flavored without tons of extra cals like the dunkin donuts kind, which is where I usually go.

Anyway... after tasting how sugary it was.... I DIDN'T finish it.

I'm really tired today and on top of that, escorted the 2nd grade field trip -- even riding on the bus with them all! I *didn't* give in to the temptation to do nothing but relax when I got home; instead, I got out and walked.
