What am I doing wrong?!

  • All the carbs could be causing you to feel bloated. I know they do that to me. Try to eat a more balanced diet. Have 1 cup of cereal, milk and a little protein for breakfast. I eat protein with every meal and snack and stay satisfied all day.
  • I`m kinda the same..when im eatting i seem full..but everytime i put something in my mouth im like"how many calories is that"?."How many calories in total?." i think it`s just because were worring were goin over out calorie limit.. Ihope this helps
