I'm going to stay on plan today b/c I'm going to Disney in a month and every day from now until then is going to count! I will not head back in the wrong direction.

Today I'm gonna stay on plan because I want to surprise my family at my sons bday party at end of month and I want to feel good about my size again

I am going to stay on plan ... today, tomorrow, next week, next month .... because I have adopted a completely different lifestyle that includes clean eating, lots of exercise and no excuses ...... and because IT FEELS SO GOOD!

I will stay on plan today because I think I saw a line down the middle of my flabby stomach today. That leads me to believe there might just be an actual abominal muscle hiding shyly underneath. I want to encourage it to come out & be seen.
