A light yogurt (such as Yoplait Light fat free) is usually good. It's sweet and It does have a small amount of protein, (5-6g) so it does take off the edge.
Lots of people seem to hate eggs around here...lol but we all really like them at our house. I'll hard boil a dozen and peel them and put them in a zip lock in the fridge and we snack on them for several days. Approx. 70 calories a piece, full of protein, and keeps you full for quite awhile. A sliced hard boiled egg on a few low calorie crackers is good too.
Though on my 1200 calorie days I just chew a piece of gum and keep my mind on other things, like my kids and their homework..lol
