I also have packed a bento box; actually I packed two!

I get up too early to eat so I eat both breakfast and lunch at work.
Breakfast was steel cut oatmeal topped with unsweetened applesauce. Yum!

I have a lowfat cheddar cheese stick and a blood orange set aside just in case I get the mid-morning munchies.
Lunch will be garlic pepper smoked salmon, toasted sprouted grain bread, a laughing cow cheese wedge, some cucumber spears, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, and a pomegranate to round it all out.
I tend to have bigger breakfasts and lunches so that I stick to my cereal, milk, and fruit for dinner. It makes dinner mindless enough that I don't binge and don't get off track.
It's cool to see that someone else uses bento boxes. They're so colorful and fun they definitely are the furthest thing from supposedly boring "brown bagging it."
