Well..I'm a believer. Inchloss!

OK, so only 0.5inches off my waist in just over a week.

Paul Mckenna, you are my Hero of The Week.

I'm quite amazed. I don't have TOTM/periods/other bloating either, and I measured same time, first thing in the morning. Clothes felt a little looser so I wanted to check... will carry on the intuitive eating efforts, thats for sure.

I don't have scales any more. But I feel a lot better, and I'm a fraction smaller already.

junebaby 01-25-2009 06:32 PM

That is excellent!

CousinRockingChair 01-25-2009 06:37 PM

thankyou people :)

walking2lose - Google Paul Mckenna I Can Make You Thin, and check out his homepage...he gives quite a lot of his advice away free on his website! Essentially

1. Eat when you're hungry
2. Eat slow
3. Stop as soon as you think you're full
4. Eat whatever you want

and..drink plenty of water and exercise a reasonable amount.

I know it sounds like you'll end up living on (insert favoured unhealthy food here) but it really isn't like that. It's really worth a go!

That'd be it.

Well done, Emily! I liked Paul's book, and sometimes use the golden rules myself!

Great Going.
You have done it with elegance.
Well, I would suggest you maintain the things that you have worked out in this season.
One more thing.Just make sure you drink as much water as you can.

Good Luck
