I'm with Glory in the fact that I don't rely
solely on motivation. It never seems to be around when I'm faced with tempting foods. It flies out the window in fact the minute I see cheesecake or pasta. That's where the commitment comes into play.
But yes, there are some things that motivate me to stay this weight, now that I've gotten here and one of the biggies is my clothes. I've got myself quite the collection of clothing that I just adore. Given their small size, there's not much room for error. So I need to keep my weight in check so that they'll fit me.
Some other motivators - my good health (LOVE getting a physical now), my increased confidence level (I never want to be that self-conscious, out of place person again), my high energy level, my high productivity factor.
Oh there are SO many good reasons to get and stay at a healthy weight. SO many. Life is just plain - easier - for me now that I am a healthy weight. Easier and more enjoyable. A heckuva whole lot less worries. This is a much more satisfying and fuller life for me. And I like it!!! And I want it to STAY this way.
