Hi! I was just wondering if anyone here has ever been on or is currently on the Scarsdale Diet. I ran across it some months ago on the web and it sounds like it would be perfect for someone who is stalled on their weight loss (like me) or wants to lose very fast. It says you can lose a lb a day. You do it for only two weeks. Anyway, I was curious if anyone else has been on it.
