The all time worst and simply can not have it in my house food is ice cream.

I'm not big on sweets but I am HUGE on fast food.
I need to stop. No wonder why I work my butt off but can't lose anything. |
Pasta. Cookies come a close second.

Salt and vinegar potatoe chips. Most any chip. Can't have them in the house. I do buy corn chips, not the same "got to have them" cravings, but a serving every so often, helps, usually on the weekend.

COOKIES...any sort of cookie..especially really soft moist chocolate chips ones...arrr. baked goods will kill me one day im sure of it!

Olives - any kind black, green, stuffed (with feta cheese garlic mmmm), marinated.

Anything fried, like potatoes or chicken or a bloomin onion. And hot dogs. Yikes.

Cake. I don't have it very often, but it's so light and unfilling that I want more.

I love doritos and ice cream. Doritos arent an issue really though because I dont buy them, never really have. Ice cream is sometimes a problem but its also not a food I HAVE to keep in the house.
Nuts are probably the most dangerous food I have because a few are healthy but I will absolutely go from 3 to 3 handfulls to more. Cereal is another one. I just shouldnt eat cereal at all or I will eat 4 bowls. But I cant get cereal out of my house, the rest of my family eats it like crazy. |
