Default Your worst food addition....

What's yours?? What can you just not eat one of?? Mine seems to be Doritos Sweet and Spicy Chili. I actually told my bf the other day if he wanted any chips with his lunch...he would have to bag them up. That when i bag them up, i can't help but to have one...then another...then another...and then i end up sitting in a chair polishing off the rest of the bag. lol. So...i have to stay away from those chips!!

Those are my absolute favorite junk food. I feel your pain on that one.

Nuts are really bad for me... Also ice cream... and Doritos used to be... The good news is, these days I can sometimes have those foods in the house and NOT feel like I have to eat them ALL... In fact... I sometimes forget all about them!

Dried fruit probably.

Although peanut butter would come in as a close second.

Lumifan, that is the yuckiness of msg. I just learned the other day that Doritos have MSG in them. That totally killed my Dorito desires!

I love pasta, namely, Fettucini Alfredo. MMMmmmmm.

(I have crafted a low-fat version!)

Pringles Minis Sour Cream And Onion I seriously can not stop. They will never be brought back in this house again though. I was so on Plan today and then wham DS wanted a chip and I thought Ill have just one two servings later...

Anything with sugar sends me into a binge too. But I have to have some sugar. So I save it as my treat while watching TV at night and limit myself to one item. 100 calorie pack of something, a sugar free jello, a single serve of snackwells cookies.
Last night though my emotional eating reared its ugly head and I ate 2 servings of snackwells, a hot cocoa with skim milk, and another 100 cal item! UGH! Shame on me!!!

As a PP mentioned I cant stop with dried fruit either. Yogurt covered cranberries and dried cherries are my worst! I will eat them till I get sick.

Though they're not necessarily what I consider junk food, I cannot have these things in the house because they're high-calorie and I seem to have no self control with them: dried fruit (mango, craisins, etc.), peanut butter, nuts of any sort(my favorite are almonds, walnuts, and pistachios) and granola bars.
Throughout this past October to the end of December, I had a go at maintaining but actually did gain 3 lbs back due to eating way too many craisins, far too much peanut butter, and attacking the bag of mixed nuts.
