Ladies,
Like so many of you we had inclimate weather this week and I missed two days of running. Well, on Tuesday morning I went down two pounds. Yahoo, right? Wednesday morning, another pound! YAHOO! This morning, ANOTHER pound! OMG! My weight loss had really slowed. Now, this? What gives? Any ideas when I missed two work out days this week? My calorie intake has remained steady around 1500.


A lot of people have seen this happen. I'm not sure if it works as an intentional strategy, but if for whatever reason, you have an enforced break, it seems to help some people. But I would think the key is "small" break.
