I've been skimming through posts of a lot of fellow three-fat-chickies worried about overeating or those who feel like they blew it on junk food (either at work or at the house handing out sweets)

(*I hear ya on that score!)
Honestly, what I do is just get a bag of mini-cups of play dough or individually wrapped small toys from the store and hand 'em out to the kids.
That way, they still get something and I don't become tempted to eat the junk leftover from Halloween night.
