Also, I think a lot of us (I know I do) have a misconstrued view of ourselves. By that, I mean I think I look "fat" no matter what it seems. So, it might be that as well.

I didn't see any changes in myself until I got up to 23lbs. lost and got a big difference at 32lbs. lost. Don't get discouraged, keep going because it is working...afterall you lost 11lbs!

I've lost about 15 lbs and I'm still in an 18, but they're looser-not uniformly looser, but a little looser. What I'm really noticing is my fingers being thinner and now my collarbone is more accentuated. I seem to lose from the upper part way faster than from the lower part.
