Last night I noticed that my legs have gotten quite a bit smaller with my 16 lb loss ( im only 5'0) but they are sooooo jiggly now. its yucky lookin.

All I really do is cardio becasue I can't go to the gym but I do have an elliptical at home.
I'm at 139 lbs, I still need to get to 110. Should I just keep doing the cardio to lose the rest of the weight then work on toning?
I keep hearing they everyone should be weight training, how do you do that at home?
I'm losing the weight and people say I look a lot better but I dont see it

. I look in the mirro and still feel the same. I see the cottage cheese and the jiggly thighs. I am so ready to see myself as a skinny girl.
