Default I have a question about my jiggly thighs, lol

Last night I noticed that my legs have gotten quite a bit smaller with my 16 lb loss ( im only 5'0) but they are sooooo jiggly now. its yucky lookin.
All I really do is cardio becasue I can't go to the gym but I do have an elliptical at home.
I'm at 139 lbs, I still need to get to 110. Should I just keep doing the cardio to lose the rest of the weight then work on toning?
I keep hearing they everyone should be weight training, how do you do that at home?
I'm losing the weight and people say I look a lot better but I dont see it. I look in the mirro and still feel the same. I see the cottage cheese and the jiggly thighs. I am so ready to see myself as a skinny girl.
Thats a lot of questions I know, sorry.

You could do squats and leg lifts in addition to your cardio--they don't require weights and they should be able to help firm up the muscles in your legs and make them less jiggly.

Check out this forum:

There is a sticky about resistance bands that you may find useful.

Also, it has been my experience over my weight loss that sometimes stuff will get more jiggly before it disappears. I know it sounds funny but I imagine it as the fat breaking apart in preparation for leaving

Yeah, what nelie said. Definitely try some resistance bands, leg lifts and stuff. Always helps to work on strengthening and toning but it does take a little time for our bodies to readjust everything into place. When I was about 20lbs down and a couple of months into my exercise program I was worried that I was getting downright lumpy looking but, as time went by, things evened themselves out quite a bit.

You want to tone as you lose weight.
