
I've lost quite a bit, but I feel like i'm at somewhat of a plateau here! In the last month I havent exercised nearly enough! And hardly at all really!!
But with starting the college semester I just dont feel like doing anything! And I feel like crap because of it! Exercising makes me happier, but I just have so much to constantly think about that i'm not exercising enough.I'm lucky that i've managed to stay at 170! (one of my last posts was 8/31 and I was at 172!)
I just need a friendly.. push.

Now look chica, you're in school, and that's just like having a job, isn't it? Or if you work as well, you've got two jobs!
So no wonder you're feeling stressed.
