Default So.. I got off track for a few weeks..

I had done SO well all summer but once I got back to college and my boyfriend visited too (after 4 months), I definitely got off-track..
I'm back on though, and I just wanted to put this down because I'm actually VERY excited to start back up. I put on a bit of weight too but I'm not going to obsess over it because I know that it will disappear very soon. I'm not going to weigh myself at first either because the number might get me down, and at this point, I can tell when I've lost even a pound or two just from how I feel or how my clothes fit me. I also know that THIS time, I'll hit goal! I'm keeping my ticker at 144 =P I know I'll be there soon.
I'm on the accu-weight loss diet if anyone is wondering.
Just wanted to post this! I'm feeling pretty good to be back!

Hey, welcome back and hooray for your enthusiasm to get back on track. And another hooray for not obsessing about the past. Pretty much the same thing happened to me a few weeks back, and looking ahead instead of backwards plus easing myself back into the routine has done me a world of good. All systems go!

No worries, you will catch up soon. I fell off the wagon myself during my vacation, or I should say "I somewhat fell off" but I am back on track and my weight is where it was before vacation. I thought I would give myself a few days (of eating and drinking water on plan) and weigh myself again and adjust the ticker then - it turned out I don't need to.
