Me: 184, down two pounds from last week. Well, at least I'm not going up every week. I knew that when I started my new way of life that at times the struggle would be harder than at others. At least I'm not burying my head in the sand, ignoring the bad news and letting it get worse and worse.
128.3, down 2.1 from last week... I find that a little odd as I haven't lost that fast any other week in the last three months, so I'm going to give it another weigh in the AM... But, I did enjoy seeing it anyway!
I'm at 289, down from 291.5 last Friday. I first hit 289 Monday morning, but then went between 289.5 and 290.5 during week before hitting 289 again this morning. It's like my body wasn't quite sure it wanted to be at 289.
Oh well. I'm now down 2.5 from last Friday. I'll take that!
No change for me either. Still hanging out at 154 lbs. I did see 153 on the scale earlier this week - pretty exciting, since that's my Labor Day goal. We'll see if I can make it stick next week!
I took a fake weight after I showered (no coffee this morning...wasn't thinking). Anyway, I was 235, same as last week, but I'm taking solace in the fact that I'm usually up 2 lbs post showed (yes, I have measured).
I'll weigh again tomorrow, "officially", and hope that my guess is right. :P
This may be a sign that I need to increase my calories. It seems so counter-intuitive, to eat more to lose weight, but I have been hungry all week. Maybe I should eat a bigger breakfast--my breakfast is pretty small, and eating more first thing in the morning may help curb cravings and that vague "hungry feeling" that I've had all week.
