I weighed in today, 25 days after the start of my dieting, and I've lost 10 pounds. I was 270, now I'm about 260. I'm real happy about this!! My higher sodium diets retains all my water, so I'm hoping this is true weight coming off. I feel like this is a good job.


I don't weigh in weekly, but next time I drop significantly and there's one of these, I'll put my 2 cents in.
