I weigh myself every morning. It's nice to see a drop. I've been pretty steady but I've only been watching my calories for 2 weeks and a few days so I don't expect anything drastic. I do see fluctuations but overall I'm coming down. That makes me super excited!!!
P.S: It's more of a habit now than an obsession. Also, I like changing my ticker so I make sure to keep on plan just to change the number.
