Co-worker, evil, heinous co-worker that she is, just brought in an ENTIRE cheesecake!! It's sitting in the back, far from my office. But if I have to go to the bathroom at any point today, it's RIGHT THERE ON THE WAY TO THE DOOR!!!!!!
Cheesecake is my favorite, FAVORITE thing ever in the world. I need support, because if I eat a piece I can't eat supper....
Are there no other bathrooms in your office? Just thing, would that cheesecake taste as good as the feeling you'll get when you hit your 160 goal? Only 3lbs left. Plus, it probably wouldn't taste as good as it looks... how about if you look the other way when you go to the bathroom?

Don't do it! If you can take one bite and be satisfied, that's good, but I know if that stuff is sitting around, I just inhale it! You have lost 57 lbs, and have 3 lbs to go - you didn't get there by giving in to random opportunities. Be strong!

This is NOT the last cheesecake on the face of the Earth, and not the last chance you'll ever have to eat any. Yes, it's hard to say no, but it's just for today, not forever.
