Me: 177.5, up .5 pounds from last week. Not good, but given that I took a four day weekend (darned snow days!) not as bad as it could have been. It's weird, anything 180 or above and I feel fat, fat, beluga whale fat. I see any weight that starts with a 17, and I feel ok. Not great, but not terrible. The difference could only be .5 pounds, and I would feel that way. Well, one day I'll feel that way about the 160's!
Well Jan 1st I started at 190lbs Feb 1st started at 183 lbs and I havn't weighted myself for a few days because my new diet you are suppose to wait 9 days but as of a week ago I was 178 lbs
I was down to 168 yesterday when I weighed in. I was 167.5 this morning. I was 3 pounds from my Valentine's goal. I lost 15 pounds instead of the 18 I wanted to.
It was also measurement time and I lost 7.5. I gained .5 though in my calf. I wasn't let down at all about my goal after I saw the measurements. I know something changing for the better so soon the scale should catch up.
