  • I always think of Lean as someone that is tall and slender without a lot of curves. Not particulary muscular, but without much body fat.

When I see Curvy, I think of voluptuous. Rounder hips and thighs, smaller waist, bigger bust.

When I look at myself, I see myself falling somewhere between these 2 words.
  • Lean Cuisine and lean steak came to mind. lol
  • Lean = Taut. Tight. Fat-free.
  • I'm kind of straight so maybe I could be lean with a little more muscle and a little less fat.

Skinny seems negative to me too. Unhealthy thin and stringy.

The model on the cover of Mar/Apr Muscle & Fitness Hers has rounder hips and more of a waist indentation. She's probably lean and curvy.
