1) there is nothing wrong with weighing every day - most studies have show it to be a successful strategy. But you have to accept and understand that fluctuations will happen

3 - and most important) did you eat 24,750 calories yesterday? If the answer is no then plain and simple...you didnt gain 6.5 lbs of fat overnight. Why you retain water...well....that is the subject of several threads!

haha good point. i guess i'm still just a beginner. besides, i've stayed on plan for a whole week now, there's no reason for me to be upset about anything. i've never done this well before. :)
