My computer died and they have to install a brand new hard drive, which means I lost everything I had on my computer. I had bought the Fitday downloadable program for my PC, and now I'm worried about how to get it back on when I pick up my computer tomorrow.

Does anyone know what I should do? I don't want to have to purchase the program again.

Login here and you can download the program again. Click the "download fitday" link on the left and it will give you your registration number so you can reinstall it.

If you remember what email address you used when you bought the program, contact them and they will send you the info you need to re-dowload it. Your custom foods unfortunately are toast.

I had to do this once and they were really very helpful. The more you know about the purchase and can verify (email, approx date purchased, possibly reverify credit card cant remember) the more they will help you.

OK, I went back and looked at the email I got from them...they would prefer if you contacted them with the original email address, but all they asked for was email and phone #

Lesson learned: Back your stuff up and write important info down!!

I can feel your pain, I would hate to lose my custom foods too. If you have a web based email account, (Gmail, yahoo, hotmail) email yourself the account file every once in a while for a quick and easy backup. I use mine on multiple computers so I have that file in a couple of locations as a result. Good luck!
