Me: 179, down .5 pounds from last week. Well, second week of the new year and a second drop, which is good. Only half a pound, which is disappointing. I'm going to have to be a bit more disciplined than this. I want to be deep into the 170's... and soon!
OK, it's time for me to 'fess up and change my ticker. I've been struggling, and although I did hit 147 as my lowest weight on December 16, it's been up and down since then. So, I'm resetting my ticker--I'm up 4 pounds since last month. Some may be water weight, but I need to be honest about what the scale says.
I think I need to increase my exercise to lose more weight--I had been slacking off a little on that, and really only doing a maintenance level. Same with my eating. I've found a new fitness center nearby that has all-new equipment--only opened two month ago--and I'm going to join. The free fitness center in my community doesn't have quite enough to keep me on track.
I am this close "l" to getting into the 180s. I've been eating junk for weeks, but have managed to maintain a five pound loss. I'm committing to eating well for at LEAST two days to jump-start the scale.
191 for me at present.
183 again, same as last week... but i am definitely retaining water at the moment. I've noticed a trend based on my cycle where the week before my TOM i will starting gaining water though my weight doesn't change, and after it's over, i drop 5lbs almost immediately and then maintain that, or bounce back and forth 1lb for the next 3 weeks. does that seem weird to anyone else?
I need to "get up and go" on my exercise.. it doesn't seem to happen as much when im more dilligent with the working out.
Well...i guess i am down 2 pounds from last friday. I weighed in at 138 last friday and am 136 this friday. Thing is...i saw 136 last saturday and have been bouncing back and forth all week between 137 and 136. But still...down 2 from last friday. Now...if only i can get past this point!!!!
202 down 2 since Friday but up one since Wednesday. Doing a trial and error thing with my eating and so until I find what works best I think I am going to yo-yo back and forth, flirting with onederland.
As of Thursday, my weigh in day I was 175. This morning I am 175.5. Oh well, not too concerned. I haven't even added in the exercise yet. I'm working this morning and as soon as I get home I'll start by doing one of my WATP videos. Those and running are what helped me lose the first 23 pounds.
160s here I come! Do you know how long it's been since I've been 160? No, cause I don't. I think I put it on my driver's liscense years ago hoping but I've never made it. Seriously, it's been since like 7th grade or so....like 13 years or more. Woohoooooooo!
It looks like I have finally settled in to a two pound gain over the holidays. I did lots of bouncing around with water weight from eating ham, I think.
