Default January goal

I have a goal of losing 15 pounds for the month of January. I don't know if it'll happen. Maybe it should be set lower. I know I can do it but I don't think I can. I also think my scale is broken or something. I weighed myself the day before yesterday and it was 214, then yesterday was 210 and today was 215. I don't get it. I really need alot of help and support. My husband is trying to lose weight too but he's not that much support for me like I would like. All he says is to stop the soda and drink water and to exercise. But how can I walk when I have to really young ones and their schedules are very different, when one is awake the other is asleep and vise versa. Any suggestions? Maybe I should just wake up the baby and just go for a walk--A REAL WALK. Wish me luck today.

Yeah, sounds like your scale is broken, I just bought a new one because mine was doing the same thing. I think it is good to know the truth because when I didnt like waht the scale said before I just told myself 'oh that thing is broken' lol, not anymore. I have a 7 month old and it is too cold to be walking her outside here, so I am doing The Biggest Loser DVD workout. Talk about conveinant! That would be my advice for moms o young ones.
