I am having the hardest time with losing weight the main reason is that I work midnights....Is there anyone out there that works midnights or similar that might have some insight? I have heard when I started my job that everyone on midnights gains weight and I have gained 30 pounds in a year. My diet hasn't really changed though so I dont really understand.

Hey!

Tell us more about what you eat in a typical day, including during your work shift. Start when you get up. Maybe we can see where the weight gain is coming from.

I worked swing for many years. Nothing like graveyard, I realize. I used to bring my own food and snacks, even when I wan't trying to loose. The stuff available at work was not healthy.
