Default Everyone weigh in 10/05/07

It's time again for the 3FC General weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone.

Me: 176, up 1.5 pounds from last week. Not surprising. I've been eating my normal amount during the day, but I am starving by the time I get home from work. And I especially am craving salty foods. I'm downing popcorn and fat free tortilla chips like crazy. Maybe I really am crazy, I dunno. Well, perhaps next week I'll be more in control.

Today was the 3-month anniversary of my new lifestyle. I'm below goal @ 131.5. Now for the rest-of-my-life maintenance phase...

Lost a further 2lb this week for a total of 46lbs in 5 months.

Only 4lb to get to my mini-target of 240lb by the end of the month.

Congrats to all of you!!!! I am the same as last week...but i was sooo happy to see that again!! I don't know..after last friday when i was 143, I just seemed to be having a really bad time. I kept seeing my weight go up and up. Must have been retaining fluids or something...so i have been working hard the past few days to really get in alot of water and it seemed to have worked. Hopefully I'll stick to the water thing this week and see a pound down next week.

149, same as last couple of weeks. I'm ok with that. I have been concentrating on my "little bit of exercise" and eating healthy. Need more restriction to loose anything.

Hey Everyone!

154.5 this morning...but I think I am retaining some water...I had mint tea last night pretty late... Still, it is down 1.5 from last Friday. (I didn't update my ticker to show the gain...) TOM is due next week and this is the first month in I can't even remember when that I didn't go completely insane with eating beforehand...I am still holding my breath but it is looking good ladies!!! Woo hoo! I am feeling pretty victorious right about now! I hope I don't fall on my face!

On a side note! My DH just had his first post radiation MRI scan and it was not only clean but IMPROVED!!!! I can't stop smiling!!!

My normal "weigh day" is Wednesday. As of Wed the 3rd, I am 173. That's 2 pounds down (1 lb per week.) So yay me!!! I'm right on schedule at losing a healthy ONE pound PER week. I'm OK with that.

209 same as last week. I upped my exercise routine this week but had a few bad eating moments so I am not surprised. I am hoping over the weekend my body will sort of flush it out and I will finally drop that pound I am waiting on.

At least it's not a gain but I am still not happy with it. Off to go run off my frustration!

OMG weighed myself for the first time in 2 weeks! Down FOUR pounds!!! Im now less than 12 and a HALF stone. thats nearly a stone lost since the summer! god, well you were all right about eating more... i defo wasnt eating enough! yay..
