Me: 174, down 1 pound from last week. I actually had a hard time picking what I would say my weight is. I have today off and slept late, and as usual this gave me a lower weight; 173 to be exact. But I woke up at my usual time to use the bathroom, and weighed myself then. I decided to use that number since I happened to know it. Whichever, I'm glad to see it since I had a bad encounter involving a loss of willpower and a large domino's supreme pizza last weekend. Man, I really want to get into the low 70's so I can confidently say "I am no longer obese".
I weigh in on Friday so I have lost another 2lb this week for a total of 40lb. Six weeks to go before my vacation in Orlando, so I have a mini-target of another 10lb.
Well...I saw 144.4 twice this past week, but today back at 145. But that is still one pound down from last week...so that is awesome!!! I made my September 13th goal...actually 5 days early, so I am having no doubts that I can make my Halloween goal..which is sooo totally exciting. I haven't seen that number since before i got pregnant with my 2nd child. Whew who for losing weight!!!!!!!! Happy Friday everyone!!!!
Today the scale said 196. I've definitely slowed down in my weight loss because I'm so busy ALL the time now that school has started, but I've continued eating healthy, controlling portions, and making it to the gym as often as I can. The weight is slow at coming off, but the important thing is that it's STILL coming off.
I'll post my weight tomorrow am. I was shocked this am, for it's gone up 3 lbs. in two days!!! I quit smoking and have cheated here and there but I didn't think I was that bad! So, tomorrow it is. I'm a bit depressed and really want a ciggy!! lol It's only been a little over a week since I quit my 1 1/2 pack a day addiction so I haven't been in a good mood lately, you can only imagine!
I saw 145 yesterday and 146 this morning. If this is the case, I'm down a pound or so from last week, but I want to make sure I really AM 146 (or 145!! ) before I change my ticker. I'm paranoid that I'll gain weight again and see the 150's. 150's are evil. However, I LOVED the 150's as opposed to the 160's, and I even loved the 160's when it meant exiting the 170's. It is all a matter of perspective
I stayed the same this week. Which is fine with me since Wednesday was kind of a bad day for me. And it's better than a gain. What sucked is the fact the scale keeps going in between 134 and 133, but keeps settleing on 134. I'll guess have to make sure I really stick to it this week and maybe next Friday I'll have 2lb loss. Hopefully.
Well I saw 210 once this week then got TOM and ate chocolate (I couldn't help it, it was the hormones, I swear haha) and also yesterday was an off day of exercising to recover. So today, I saw 211 and change, which from last week is a 3 pound loss. So I guess I will take it and keep trucking along. Hoping to be under 210 by next week!
