  • My DH is very supportive matter of fact he motivates me by going to get the WATP"s tape and turning it on and yelling hey it's time and we both do the tape together. He has lost 27 pounds,me 3 through it all he has been there and me on. If I slip up or get crazy he always tells me tomorrow is a new day don't be so hard on your self. I thank God for my DH every day he is a blessing.
  • Well my hubby is deployed to Iraq, but he remains pretty supportive. He let me get the treadmill so I didn't have to drive 30+ minutes each way to the gym on post, and he's excited to see me in June (ugh long wait but hopefully I will look amazing by then!). I am hoping when he gets home that he eats less junk in front of me so that I don't have to have it in the house. I do know that once he's home I will be getting a second jogging stroller so he can run with me! I think he is a fast runner (6-7 min mile) but he doesn't work out much while deployed, mostly lifts weights so hopefully I can leave him in the dust when he comes back!
  • My BF is also supportive.

He kicks me out of bed to run. He makes fruit smoothies in the morning. He writes odes to my departing belly. And best of all, he is also losing weight with me! Which really means that we get into the weirdest arguments (such as our `do avocadoes make you fat´ argument).

All in all, we encourage each other, and keep each other from eating bad foods. And he kicks me so that I get up. What more can I ask for?
