Anyone want to buddy up and check in with each other via email and hold each other accountable? I want to be able to be completely honest with someone and myself and have them be my backbone when I feel weak.
I figure we all could use all the support and I know if I have to be accountable to someone else about what I am eating and exercising then it will help me. I hope.

I'm a Floridian also!

Things are quiet around here on long weekends... but perhaps in the next day or two some others will post wanting to "buddy up."

The nice thing about 3FC is that we can get lots of support from lots of people, just by posting! Also, we have had planning threads and exercise threads running in some of the forums--they help people to be accountable. Feel free to start a thread for any issue regarding weight loss. (For other issues, browse the many forums--such as Dieting with Obstacles, General Chatter, and so on.)

I would be very interested in a weight loss buddy. I am just getting back into the workout scene, and after trying various things, I think I ma need some accountability as far as this goes.
