I'm at 54 lost as of this post, but I'm consistently losing so it will be different outcome tomorrow.

i'm so desperate.need to loose 30 lbs at any cost

I've lost 15 pounds so far.

losing 30 lbs is achievable
 

Rekha, your goal is achievable. Have a weight loss plan and stick to it. You will achieve your goal. It has worked for me. Eat right, exercise regularly, avoid stress.
