I joined 3FC on 3/19/12 after having a VERY disappointing RE-GAIN of weight I had previously LOST.....My top weight YEARS ago was 256....but I like to maintain around 150 lbs, When I started 3FC EXACTLY 5 weeks ago, I was 186.8...I am happy to say I am down 14.6 pounds! in just 5 weeks! currently weighing in at 172.2!! Just want to thank the site and everyone--what a great place to get recepies, share ideas and get lots of friendly and honest support!!!

13930.6+ 27.5= 13,958.1

14125.85 + 18 of my lost pounds = 14,143.85

14,239.85 + 60 = 14,299.85

14,299.85 + 17.5 = 14,317.35

14,317.35+24 =14,341.35 wow
