Sounds like you've been doing GREAT! Congrats on the 15 lbs!
EVERYONE slips up now and again. That doesn't make you a failure. I think the difference between success and failure is whether or not you acknowledge your mistake and get right back on track, or whether you use this as an excuse to snarf everything in sight the rest of the day, weekend, week...whatever.

Make sure your next meal is healthy and don't look back! You can do it!

It happens to all of us, not the end of the world. Just pick up and keep going, don't let this slow you down! Make tomorrow a better day, and forgive yourself for the slip...it's not a failure or even a step back, just a slip...it's okay.

Part of your quote says that you're not giving up. That's great thinking. You have been doing so well...15lbs. We all have a 'bad' day here and there.

Take care and come back if you need more hugs.

A donut? Are you gonna be defeated by a donut??? Heck no!! Don't give up now, you're just getting going!

C'mon, don't look back! Just get right back on your program. You can do this. One slip up does not ruin a diet--and you didn't gain all that weight because of one donut. Tomorrow will be a better day if you choose to make it that way! We are all rooting for you!

What everyone here has said is right on target. It's really important to get out of that dieting mindset that says all is lost because you gave in to temptation. Hey, even people who haven't ever struggled with their weight overeat sometimes. You keep going. You've had great success so far, and there's no way a couple of cookies and a doughnut will reverse that as long as you get right back on track.
