- 4 strawberries (0), 1 banana (1) w/ light cool whip (1)
Snack (1)
- grande non-fat sugar free americano misto from starbucks (1)
Lunch (8)
- sushi: california roll (3) 2 maki rolls (4)
- miso soup (1)
Dinner (13)
- baby cucumber (0)
- steak (6)
- scrambled eggs (3)
- hashbrowns (3)
- slice of turkey bacon (1)
Total: 25.5

1/2 serving of Quick Oates Oatmeal
Snack:
missed it was in town to sons dr appt.
Lunch:
Healthy Choice Sweet Bourbon Beef
1 8oz cup of 2% milk
Snack:
4oz chicken breast (skinless boneless) boiled
2 oz whole grain brown rice
Supper:
1 pork chop (pan fried canola oil no breading) fat trimmed before cooking
1/2 cup steamed broccoli
2oz whole grain brown rice

OK, well, I was dropping off the list because I'm switching to Maintenance soon... but I'm not there yet. Here ya go:
BREAKFAST:
coffee w/Coffee Mate Lite
1 shredded wheat
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 banana
1/2 svg whey protein
SNACK:
1 BabyBel light minicheese
tea w/Coffee Mate Lite
LUNCH:
Lean Cuisine--herb roasted chicken
3 oz broccoli
SNACK:
2 lowfat string cheese
6 baby carrots
DINNER:
Dinner out with friends--probably Applebees, WW menu
SNACK:
Probably none

B- 2 egg muffins, coffee w/splenda and regular creamer (gotta get to the store to get more sugar free creamer)
Snack-banana
Lunch- salad with chicken/feta cheese and honey mustard dressing
Snack- yogurt
Dinner- tuna and pickles w/ a serving of tortilla chips and salsa
All in all only around 1250 calories i believe.

Breakfast:
1/2 cup Fiber One
1/2 cup Kashi go lean
1/2 cup1% non fat milk
1/2 cup blackberries
Snack:
Boiled egg
green tea w/1 tbsp honey
Lunch
Turkey sandwich
WW bread (110 cals)
sweet and spicy mustard (10 cals)
lettuce
Tomato
1 slice colby jack cheese (about 1.5 oz)
1/2 cup raw cauliflower
snack
7 oz fage greek yogurt
handful of walnuts
cinnamon
Dinner:
Pappa murphy's mediterranian pizza (I know not a good choice, but no time to cook and we've got a freebie coming).

I am trying so hard to kick the soda habbit...that is my biggest downfall but I have cut back tremendously. I dont drink coffee so soda is my coffee in the morning. Today I have only had the following so far
1 1/2 cups of pepsi
1/2 cup of red rasperries
(1) Chicken Leg
water
water
water
(10) small pretzels
I have not had dinner yet ..but I am trying so hard to eat better ... and lose weight.

- 1 cheese wedge(1) w/ 7 round melba toasts(1)
Dinner (24)
2 hot peppers with feta cheese (1)
3 potato skins (5) - WTF? I cant believe they were that many points
2 slices of pizza (14)
some of a chocolate brownie addiction (4)
Total: 34 points
+ 12!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh dear
19.5 points left for week

i'm on china time, so i'm a day ahead
b: 1/3 cup of scrambled egg with tomato, a small bowl of honey nut cherrios and corn flakes with skim milk, 6 small pieces of papaya
l: a small bowl of honey nut cheerios and corn flakes with skim milk, 2 tablespoons of sauteed cauliflower, and 3 sugar-packet sized (no idea how else to describe it lol) pieces of salmon, water.

I decided to go back to my old forum (the one that I took the weekly journal idea from) and post there. I love 3FC and all, but the other one is really my home and keeping my edits straight is too confusing when I post on multiple threads (have done that before and it was a pain in the ever-shrinking butt). I'm still around, though.
