June did not go as smoothly as other months have, so I am hesitant to make a large goal for July. We had our kitchen torn out and are living on what we can microwave, eat cold, or at restaurants, but I did manage to lose, just verrrry slowly in June.
For July, I will set the following goals: I want to see the scale read 210, just eleven pounds away from ONEderland; I will walk a minimum of twenty miles in July. Weather permitting, I will swim for exercise as well as for fun. I better get busy!!:D |
I always feel better when my goals are written down. My biggest goal this month is to lose 5 pounds to complete my mini goal. I'll be at the beach at the second week of August, and it would be great to be at 140.
