88.6 kg :) 100g off of 30kg lost in six months (to the day on 2nd july) .. halfway there... carrying on plodding along :carrot:

I'm holding steady at 132lbs.... been there now for 1-2 months. I've got to ramp up the exercise or something to see more results. At least I'm not gaining I guess :)

my scale still said 192 today, so I guess I can mark that down. So 2 lbs lost this week.

Hi all, I'm Sherin. I'm new here, but have 'officially' been trying to get fit since January.
I'm down about 3 lbs this week which is great because I had been on about a two month long plateau. |
I gained 1 lb. Back to 144 (I've been there for months) :frypan: . I'm really not surprised, the way I have been eating. I'll wait a couple of days to change my ticker. Hopefully, I'll drop that pound back off. I really need to get my act together :kickbutt:
