No not really. So far I have upped my calorie intake. I was at 800 or less. Now I shoot for 1200 or higher a day. I eat 5 smaller meals a day. I drink lots of water. No caffeine. And I take a one a day weight smart and an extra niacin a day. At the end of July I will add in some walking and jogging.

Down half a pound. Thought it would be more, but oh well.

156.5, same as last week. Considering that it's TOM, I'LL TAKE IT! (I was 159 lb two days ago...hehe.) Funny how much less I bloat now that I'm fitter than I was; I guess my body really likes exercise. :)

I have finalllly dropped a pound to 157, down 1 pound from last week (and from June 8! whew!)! :encore:

Go to where you added the tracker to your siggy. Look at the tag for the tracker you'll see this 178/120/178. Change the second 178.

I am new to this thread - I haven't really lost in about 6 months (until the last two weeks) - so I am doing everything I can to keep the ball rolling. I started doing weight watchers on my own at home this week, so hopefully announcing my weight will help! haha
So today I saw 163.6 - down 1.6 from last week! |
Congratulations to the "losers"! And those who have gained a little, hang on, next week is another week and many things can change until that. :)
No gain, no loss for me this week, which is good, because I was slightly worried that that 59.8 kgs I saw on the scale was just being some elusive little thing that I'd never see again. :lol: I'm still dealing with our weird ups and downs in weather and temperature, and have been trying to adjust my calories to avoid unintentionnelly starving that old body of mine when it feels cold, but I was worried all the same. After all, I think wehere all know that when you have a tendency to gain on weight easily, "upping your caloric intake" can be a recipe for denial and catastrophe as well. Heh. But I'm still under 60 kgs, dangit! :carrot: |
My scale is on crack.. it said 193.5, then 192.5, then 192 several times. I think I have food poisoning (darn McD's Southwest Salad).. so my stomach is still really yucky. I may just re-weigh tomorrow morning for my official weigh-in.

My scale said 179.4 this morning, which from my heaviest in September 2004 is just over 100 pds lost and it's 83 pds from when I started to try to eat more healthy and exercise this last October. I'm absolutely thrilled. :carrot:
