  • Alright everyone....weigh-in!

    I don't know how many people have Tuesday as a weigh in...but I hope I'm not the only one.

    I lost 3.5 lbs this week! I was a little bummed at first when I woke up (hadn't used the bathroom) and thought I only lost 1.5, but then after all was said and done it was 3.5. I'm thrilled....I was looking for more around the 4+ area but I can learn to be content!

    Can't wait to hear how ya'll are doin!
  • That is a great weigh in congrats!!!! I don't weigh in until Friday, and last week was TOM so I am hoping for a big loss this week.
  • I only lost .4 lbs this WI but today was the start of my TOM and I still lost. I am not complaining, though!! I reached my first mini goal of 10lbs!! Yee haw!
  • This morning, 222! I'm one pound away from 40 lost, 3 pounds from my June goal! Feeling good today!
  • That's great sheila!!! Congrats. I'd be happy to see one pound gone a week. So far, I haven't lost anything since 6/8!!! What gives?!?!? But, I haven't gained and that is a very good thing too. I guess I am having a little stand still since i lost about 4 or 5 pounds in 2 weeks time. But, I'll check back in on friday.

    40 lbs lost is awesome! I'm at 29...pretty much 30 lbs lost and I'm thrilled! I can't wait till 40...somehow 40 seems SOO much more than 30...isn't that silly?

    Lumifan...you are doing wonderfully! You should be so proud of yourself. I want to see some pictures sometime! I'm sure you look fantastic!
  • I weighed in before I worked out today and I weighed 165.5 ~__~

    So I gained 1.5 pounds. Sunday, I ate a LOT for dinner. Healthy stuff - but too much. And I had a huge redskin potato. Not to mention, I had ice cream (3 itty bitty scoops) with magic shell topping ... and then a Smirnoff Twisted Apple at a friend's party that night. Yesterday I was at 950 cals or so and went for a long swimming expedition with my daughter. But apparently it didn't help. =/

    And tonight I feel so FULL after eating some chicken fetuccini alfredo. Ahhhh! I'm really scared, I might even go walk on the treadmill for another hour today to try and get back on track with my loss. We'll see what Friday brings, it's my official weigh-in day now.
  • Good afternoon ladies, I WI on Tuesday mornings and lost two pounds today. I am always happy to see the scale go down.

    Lookingforhope, that is great 40 pounds. I hope to be there one of these days. Willing to wait as I had it all off once and didn't keep up the good fight.

  • I'm still at the same weight, 158. *sigh* But that's OK. I've stalled before and I know that if I stick with it, it will change.

  • I don't have an official weigh in day because I weigh every day. Today I was down to 197 lbs. (3 lbs. less than last tuesday!) I'm feeling soooooo relieved that my scale is moving again, I was stuck at 201 for almost 4 weeks!
  • Hey all! Great job on your losses!!! Whoopiieeeee!! Me, I weigh in on Tuesdays too! I don't do my best on the weekends- so I figure if I move my date to Tuesday- It gives me a day to re-coup, and not spaz too much. I weighed in at 209.3 this morning last Tues I was 210.6. I ate Tons of Junk this weekend. So I'm just happy to have kept off the 1 lb!! hehe. Good luck all!
  • Down one pound this week for a total of five pounds so far this month. I made it to the 170s. I don't even remember the last time I weighed in the 170!
  • I'm a Tuesday weigh in person... and I lost a pound this week!!! I'm thrilled!!! I'm now down to 188... yaaaaaaay!!!!!! I'm starting to feel my weight loss slow down so I'm going to have to up my game a bit. I'm one pound away from my June goal W00T!

    I really like Tuesday as a weigh-in day...it's not right after the weekend so, like you said, it gives you a day to re-coup if you need to.

    Good to see people are meeting their goals. I don't know how I'd go about setting a timed goal....maybe I'll try that.
