Yes, you are right on the weight. I set a short goal. I just can't look at the overwhelming picture. I set 5 lb ranges for myself. I think I'll change it to the long term goal and see what it says. Thanks.
What I discovered. I AM SO STUPID! I was looking at the base basal number and not adding in lifestyle numbers or anything like that. No wonder the number I got when I did the calculation Allison gave was so far off. Now it's within about 30 numbers. DUH! I feel better now.
I don't know that it makes any difference.
It was just bugging me that your numbers by her calculation were pretty close and mine weren't.
It's a lot to learn--don't feel stupid. You're doing fine--just stay with a plan. We'll help!
